At [ Farm Trade Global ], we are committed to delivering healthy, high-quality livestock that meet the agreed specifications. Due to the nature of live animal sales, special conditions apply to returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns under the following circumstances:
The livestock delivered does not match the breed, age, or specifications agreed upon in the sales contract or invoice.
The animal is delivered in an unfit or unhealthy condition and the condition is proven to have existed at the time of delivery.
Any return request must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, supported by clear photographic or veterinary evidence.
2. Conditions for Return
Animals must be in the same condition as delivered, without injury, illness, or exposure to contagious diseases after delivery.
The buyer is responsible for the safe care, feeding, and shelter of the animals until the return process is completed.
Transport arrangements for returns will be at the buyer’s cost, unless the error is on our part.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
Buyer’s change of mind after delivery.
Death or injury caused after delivery due to negligence, poor handling, or unsuitable conditions.
Delays caused by border control, customs, or veterinary inspections outside our control.
Natural differences in size, weight, or appearance within normal breed standards.
4. Refunds
If a refund is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned livestock is inspected and verified.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Where partial orders are returned, refunds will be calculated proportionally.
5. Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, the buyer may opt for:
Replacement with the same breed and specifications at the next available shipment date.
Any price difference between the original and replacement livestock will be discussed before confirmation.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from returns or refunds will first be handled through direct negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to arbitration under the laws of [UAE Governing Jurisdiction].
