At [ Farm Trade Global ], we are committed to delivering healthy, high-quality livestock that meet the agreed specifications. Due to the nature of live animal sales, special conditions apply to returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Eligibility for Returns<\/span><\/p>\n

We only accept returns under the following circumstances:<\/span>
\nThe livestock delivered does not match the breed, age, or specifications agreed upon in the sales contract or invoice.<\/span>
\nThe animal is delivered in an unfit or unhealthy condition and the condition is proven to have existed at the time of delivery.<\/span>
\nAny return request must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, supported by clear photographic or veterinary evidence.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Conditions for Return<\/span><\/p>\n

Animals must be in the same condition as delivered, without injury, illness, or exposure to contagious diseases after delivery.<\/span>
\nThe buyer is responsible for the safe care, feeding, and shelter of the animals until the return process is completed.<\/span>
\nTransport arrangements for returns will be at the buyer\u2019s cost, unless the error is on our part.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations<\/span><\/p>\n

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:<\/span>
\nBuyer\u2019s change of mind after delivery.<\/span>
\nDeath or injury caused after delivery due to negligence, poor handling, or unsuitable conditions.<\/span>
\nDelays caused by border control, customs, or veterinary inspections outside our control.<\/span>
\nNatural differences in size, weight, or appearance within normal breed standards.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Refunds<\/span><\/p>\n

If a refund is approved:<\/span>
\nRefunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned livestock is inspected and verified.<\/span>
\nRefunds will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/span>
\nWhere partial orders are returned, refunds will be calculated proportionally.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Replacement Option<\/span><\/p>\n

Instead of a refund, the buyer may opt for:<\/span>
\nReplacement with the same breed and specifications at the next available shipment date.<\/span>
\nAny price difference between the original and replacement livestock will be discussed before confirmation.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Dispute Resolution<\/span><\/p>\n
